Tine Mathiassen (Wareham)

Tine is the founder of Casamona International Real Estate, an international partner and sister company to DJR, based in Barcelona with an office in New York City. Casamona (literally “Cute House”) is selective with the properties it offers, focusing on truly unique, light, bright, and airy apartments that fuse modernity with traditional elements. Casamona offers properties for sale and rent with an additional specialty in foreign investment.

Tine holds a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School. In Denmark she worked for the English IT company Aslan, in the U.S. for five years for several upstart software companies, and later attained her real estate license in the U.S. She and her family moved to Barcelona, Spain in 2004 and established Casamona (now based in Barcelona with roots still placed firmly in Copenhagen). Tine also teaches innovation in retailing at ESADE business school in Barcelona.

DJR’s Drew and Andy Lambert are cousins with Tine, related by their Danish ancestry, exemplifying DJR’s commitment to family and quality relationships.
