Yes. The development and construction timeline of each infill project is typically 2-3 years. DJR’s primary program is to develop, build, and sell the final product (which could be individual homes for sale, or maybe a rental project sold to an investment group). However, these are not buy and hold income properties that may require 5+ year investment horizons.
