DJR Companies is grateful to have been associated with Kamil Salem and his Simon & Richard Construction Company, Inc. for real estate brokerage services and general counsel on development and construction. DJR’s Principal, Drew A. Lambert (also President and CEO of DJR Realty, Inc.) began his realty work as a salesperson under Kamil’s brokerage many years ago while also starting up development services at DJR Companies, so we honor him.

Mr. Salem has had both a personal and professional relationship with the Lambert family for some 40+ years in the real estate development business and has demonstrated the integrity, honesty, and professionalism on which DJR relies with our business partners. He is or has been a Deacon in his church, member of the East San Diego County Association of Realtors, and a respected developer in his own right who understands both residential and commercial real estate transactions well. Kamil brings to the DJR team a broad range of experience and resources in real estate all over the State of California and knowledge of international business from his earlier years as a businessman in the Middle East and Europe.
